Challenge: Build a category-defining SaaS platform in a fragmented, relationship-driven industry — fully bootstrapped, no outside capital.
What I did: Wore every hat — Head of Product, Head of Marketing, Managing Director — owning product direction, development and go-to-market end to end.
Result: $20bn+ of real estate shared across 1,800 members, with three consecutive years of consistent MRR growth.
AI systems
Challenge: Track how the brand and product suite were being discussed across global social and digital channels, in real time.
What I did: Built an intelligence hub monitoring global social mentions and references, feeding directly into content strategy decisions.
Result: Always-on brand intelligence at global scale, replacing manual monitoring with data-led decisions.
Product & build
Challenge: Consolidate one of the world's largest international real estate inventories into a single, standardised, searchable platform.
What I did: Rebuilt and launched hamptons-international.com — standardising data and optimising search across the site.
Result: 150,000+ global listings live, one of the world's largest international property portals by inventory.
Automation
Challenge: Give one of Super Prime London's fastest-growing brokerages technology that could scale with its growth.
What I did: Built CRM automations in Rex Software, marketing/content automation in Canva, and WhatsApp automations for client comms.
Result: A fully automated technology stack supporting a fast-scaling Super Prime brokerage.
Growth and marketing
Challenge: Run coordinated, performance-driven marketing behind Knight Frank's flagship publications, including The Wealth Report and International View.
What I did: As Associate, Digital Marketing — led social, SEO, email and performance marketing.
Result: £3m+ digital budget managed, team of 7.
